Delivery times :
All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Please take into consideration in pre-orders: orders are not prepared at the time of payment, but when the production of the collection is completed.
We offer the following delivery options:

- Personal delivery in Paris: by agreement
- Standard delivery for Metropolitain France: 2 to 5 working days via UPS.
- Standard delivery for Europe: 2 to 5 working days via UPS.
- Standard delivery for the United States: 3 to 7 working days via FedEx.
When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery time by email. The delivery times displayed by the carriers are in working days and correspond to the average preparation and delivery times of the order in the territory.
- Hand-delivered in Paris
We propose personal delivery in Paris. When you place your order, please select this option and we will get back to you by e-mail when the order is ready to be shipped. We will then be able to arrange an address and time slot for delivery.
- Shipping address :
The products ordered will be delivered to the address you provide when you check out.
This address can be changed as long as the package is not shipped, provided that the shipping method is not changed and that the country of delivery remains unchanged.
In the case of a home delivery with signature, your absence at the time of the delivery remains your responsibility.
The rescheduling of deliveries or collection from the warehouse shall be managed between you and the carrier.
The delivery address cannot be a hotel or a PO Box.
In case of error in the delivery information given, we could not be held responsible for failure in delivery.
- Shipping costs :
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current postal rates of our partner carriers, depending on the destination and weight of the package.

- Personal delivery in Paris: 5€
- Standard delivery for Metropolitan France: €8
- Standard delivery for Europe: 14 to 30€ depending on country (visible when ordering)
- Standard shipping to the United States: €25
If the forwarding is imputable to you (the delivery address you gave was not correct, or you did not get the parcel at the post office within the 15 days), there will be additional charges, upon acceptance.
If you don't accept to pay these additional charges, the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount of the order on your bank account, minus the delivery charges.
For shipments to a country outside the European Union, you will have to pay the local taxes of the country of consumption and customs fees.
LES DUNES will not be committed to pay these local and customs fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery issues :
We undertake to make our best efforts to deliver your orders within the above-mentioned deadlines from receipt of payment and availability of items.
However, these deadlines are communicated as an indication and a possible overtaking will not be able to give place to any damage and interests, withholding or cancellation of the order.
You are solely responsible for the non-execution or the bad execution of the contract due to a lack of indication at the time of the Order (erroneous or incomplete address, error on the name...).
You are required to check the wrapping state as well as the articles upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to express reservation and claims that he consider necessary, nay to refuse the parcel, when the parcel is manifestly damaged at the delivery.
The aforesaid reservations and claims shall be addressed to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 business days, except public holidays, that follow the delivery date.
Otherwise, you have to send us a copy of the letter.
The default of claim within the afore mentioned period cancels any lawsuit against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of article L.133-3 of the commercial Code.
You must make sure that the delivered articles correspond to the Order.
In case of non-compliance of the articles in kind or in quality to the mentioned specifications in the delivery slip, you must inform us by e-mail and send us the articles back within 7 days and the return label that we will send you.
